Kaili'a Lynn is 6 months old today and I just can't believe how much she has changed since she was born. Her looks have changed dramatically and actually looks like a baby now. Her personality is starting to form, she can roll over, sit up (with some help) eat solids, smile, laugh, baby talk, suck on her toes, pull my hair, drool, and so much more. She is just a bundle of joy, most of the time.
We finally have a routine down, and that has made our lives flow so much smoother. She's able to lay on the floor and entertain herself with toys or toes. It makes life so much easier for mommy!
The first 10 weeks for me were so hard, I am so happy to be in a place where I feel like I know what I am doing. I hope that next time around I will feel a little less anxiety about those first few weeks. Because now I know I can get through it :)
I know that we have so much more to learn and things will change once she starts crawling (eek) but we will deal with it when it comes. We are just going to enjoy this moment now because this is such an exciting stage that she is at. We are just living in every moment.
Being a mom has brought such an incredible feeling that I never thought I would feel. I am so blessed to have this chance of being a mother, I can't wait to add more kids to our family!
