
How am I a StayinFItMama?!?
With being a first time mom I am still figuring out not only the baby's routine but my own as well. Fitting in a work out can be difficult with a 6 month old on my hands. We go out on walks all the time but I find it hard to really get a good solid work out in where I am dripping with sweat. I've been able to do some working out at home but if the baby is awake it's hard to get a 20-30 min good work out in. And if she is sleeping the music has be quiet and so do I. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment so not a lot of space between the baby's room and our living room. Luckily starting this week the baby is old enough to go to the daycare at the gym so that should help with that issue :) One of the great ways I have been able to get back to my pre baby weight in just 5 months was with these products. My husband and I want a big family, with our kids about 2 years apart. Even though I am at my pre pregnancy weight does not mean I am back to my pre baby body. I still have some tightening to do. My goal is to be fit and in shape just in time to get pregnant again, I know some of you might think I am just absolutely crazy. I mean why would I want to get so fit and in shape if I was just going to blow up like a balloon again? That is exactly why! I want to get my body back in shape so when I do start packing on the baby pounds I am not packing them on top of baby 1's pounds. That would make it so much harder to lose the weight the second time around, but if I did it with my first I know I have it in me to do it with the rest.
Being healthy is such a high priority in our family, especially with our daughter starting to eat solids now. She tries to put anything I am eating into her mouth, so if I have the healthy stuff on my plate that is what she will go for because she won't know any different. Don't get me wrong she will get her sweets and junk food I am sure but at certain times, not every single meal.
