“I believe in the best possible outcome in every situation”
As I’ve wrote before my anxiety this past year had been extremely high. I found this affirmation to repeat daily to help ease the anxiety. I’ll say it 3-4 times if I need to and by the time I’m done the stress seems to go away for a little bit and I can breathe again.
Life is hard and throws us curve balls. It’s not about what happens to us but how we react and move forward that helps us grow.
