Here's a screen shot of my UP app. I have this awesome band that goes around my wrist and tracks all of my activity for the day. It even tracks my sleep patterns.
My husband got me this for my birthday and I have to say it's one of the best presents ever! He did such a great job on finding it. I love love love it! I just wanted to share!
